Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices listed are the cost per kilo for rods. For power and frit, add 2$, k00 add 4.00 to the cost per kilo of the rods.
We offer a discount on large orders of in stock color, call us for details .

Ordering

The minimum order is 1/2 kilo for rods, frits or powders.
Fax orders gladly accepted at 828-765-9888
Kugler and Reichenbach colors can be combined for quantity discounts.
Discounts only apply to IN-STOCK rods, frits and powders.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
A $2.00 handling fee is applied to orders of less than $100.00.

Payment

Cash, check, money order, Master Card, are Visa are all acceptable payment.
A $35.00 fee is assessed on ALL returned checks
New customers must pay with a credit card, unless receiving the shipment COD.
Established customers may set up an account net 15 days.
Past due charges are subject to 1.5% monthly service charge.
Credit card payment for $2000.00 and over will have a 3 % card fee added.

Shipping

We ship orders on items in stock within 24 hours of receipt of order.
For overnight, two day, and three day select shipping please call before 1:00PM EST.
Shipping charges are additional, but Spruce Pine Batch does not charge any surcharge.
Orders can be shipped COD by UPS, although there will be an additional charge for each COD shipment

Shipping Damage

Always check for damage on arrival of shipment. If damage is suspected, be sure to note on delivery receipt. All claims must be filed with the carrier. Box, packing material, and merchandise may be required by the carrier for claims processing.

Disclaimers

All colors sold by Spruce Pine Batch contain lead or other heavy metals and should not be used for food contact surfaces in tableware or vessels.

Color swatches should only be used as an approximation of color.
